Whaddya think?

The polls are open. You get to affect history. I'm looking for votes, people. At our house, there is an ongoing debate about whether short hair is better (for me) than long. So here are the choices:

This is my hair short. Notice the lovely scarf I knitted this month. It looks especially nice over my pajamas, doesn't it?

. . . and here it is long, taken sometime last year.
So, be honest. Which do you like better? And you don't have to like one of these in particular. You could say, "I like it better short, but not that style." Or ditto for long. Please vote. I need your help.

I like it short.

It looks good short.

I would also like to see how it looks long with long bangs.

I vote for long. I think it softens your chin line. Although short shows off your cute earrings.

You look lovely all the time

The picture of you with long hair is a cuter picture, so its hard to say. I think the shorter hair is better for you though. Your adorable no matter what.

I vote for medium length with layers. How's that for sitting on the fence?

I'm not supposed to vote, right?

I've always thought you looked great with the chin-length power bob (or ruling class bob, if you prefer). I covet your chin, so I'd show it off!

Thanks, everyone.

The debate at our house goes like this:

Me: If I had thick hair, I'd be happy to wear it long. Or if I were willing to take the time to "do" it every day. But what's the use of long hair if I only pull it back, and if it is so whispy?

Hubby-whom-I-adore-and-deserves-to-be-pleased: I like it long.

Me: Well, what about this short style? Or this? Or this?

Hubby: I like you no matter what.

Me: But . . .

Hubby: But I like it long.

Me: How about this?

Hubby: long.

Me: Or this?

Hubby: long.

Actually, he's not that obnoxious. He is very flattering, always responding positively no matter what. But also always preferring long.

Thanks for all your comments. I'd like to see specific ideas--I'm running out. What kind of medium with layers, Kristen? Sounds like something that requires a daily blowdry. Not going to happen.

And I don't know what a power bob is. But I'd trade you my chin for your beautiful hair any day, Mary Ann.

I like it short (and yes the long haired-picture is more flattering, but I still like it short). It fits you better. Although, long, straight, think locks without bangs would be interesting. Hmmm...wonder where I got that idea from?

Thanks, Mara. I think what I really need is a new photographer, no?

Yes. This summer/Fall when I can make it out? Is it a date?
